Legend Construction Managers LLC has been in the construction and property developement business for over thirty years.  The managing member of the firm, Leonard Geria, Jr., has been in the industry for over forty years in both commercial and residential construction along with renovation work.  Inclusive of trouble-shooting, layout, execution and supervision of all phases of carpentry, electric and related fields.  Along with plumbing, HVAC, masonry, design build, project management and consultation.

• Licensed electrician (City of Philadelphia, PA) and several surrounding municipalities
• Registered and licensed with the State of New Jersey as a Home Remodeling Contractor & New Home Builder
• Certified for 1A Building One & Two - Family Dwelling and Light Commericial Inspector
• Certified for 4A Mechanical One & Two - Family Dwelling and Light Commericial Inspector
• Certified for New Jersey State Sub-Code Official - Building
• Certified for New Jersey State Construction Official
• Certified in Basic Land Use Law & Planning
• Borough of Longport, New Jersey Zoning Board Official April, 2009 until the present
